Mayer Brown LLP 2025
Location : Brussels, Avenue Louise
Period : 2025
Area : 1 000 sqm
Mayer Brown — a client we have proudly supported for over two decades — has settled into its new home on the 18th floor of the Louise Tower, unifying all teams in one shared location after years on Avenue des Arts. This office is far from ordinary: it functions as a vibrant hub where conversations arise naturally and clients are greeted in a warm, open environment. Every part of the workspace has been designed with intention, encouraging spontaneous interactions and creating meaningful moments. From quiet, cocoon-like offices to generous communal areas, the layout invites people to breathe, collaborate, and connect, expressing a human, modern, and deeply cohesive identity.
The US law firm, headquartered in Chicago, was among Greenarch’s earliest collaborations with Gensler in 2007, followed by further renovations in 2010 and 2019. For its relocation to Brussels, Mayer Brown once again turned to Greenarch to design its new offices. Greenarch crafted a refined yet welcoming environment that reflects the firm’s heritage and values — thoughtful, creative, and principled. With a palette of earthy tones, natural textures, and high-quality materials, they shaped a serene and timeless setting. The result is a discreet, elegant workspace marked by quiet confidence, where employees and clients alike can feel comfortable, inspired, and at home.
