US Law Firm

Considered one of the most important US law firms in the world, the client has been present on Boulevard du Regent in Brussels for some twenty years. The building was no longer fit for purpose, and Latham chose to work with Gensler and Greenarch to move into the top 3 floors of the new Chancelier Building next to the Cathedrale St Michel et Gudule. With its 4.000 sqm developed over 3 levels, the design provides a soft and cosy atmosphere. The materials used are in a range of beige and yellow-brown colours, with even the ultra-thin frames in champagne-coloured anodised aluminium. A large amount of bespoke furniture in light wood also makes it possible to create convivial, shared spaces where occupants feel comfortable working. The view of the Cathedral and the city is incredible, and the light flooding in is particularly well thought-out.
