Vertical extension and Mixed-Use Transformation

Located on Avenue Louise, this commercial building was originally lower than its neighboring structures. At the owner’s request, the volume was increased through the addition of two extra floors, allowing for the creation of two three-bedroom duplex apartments, each featuring private terraces.

The architectural treatment of the volumes and the careful selection of materials were designed to offer open views and warm, intimate living spaces. The apartments include high-quality amenities, such as bespoke walk-in wardrobes and refined bathroom finishes.

A dedicated side street entrance, separate from the retail access, provides direct and independent access to the residential units as well as to the offices on the first floor, which were also designed by Greenarch.
