Located Boulevard du Château in Neuilly (Paris), this duplex project is a heavily transformation on the last 2 floors. The apartment building from the 70ies was built on the area belonging to the former house of Jean Gabin by the owner of the Sicli Company. The existing areas were distributed with 2 larges terraces facing the Boulevard du château on one side (and the Eiffel Tower) and another facing the Defense modern district at the back. The aim of the project was to create a 3 bedrooms apartment with large visual connections to these terraces garden with lots of vegetation and a Jacuzzi on the top. All the in built furniture was carefully designed to reach minimalist and contemporary design. The wooden floor in teak is from a former old house in Bali and gives a different character than usual.
